Agile is a value based development methodology. It is a project management system that relies on incremental development. Each iteration consists of two-to four week sprints, where the goal of each sprint is to build the most important features first and come out with a potentially delivered product. it is more flexible and promotes leadership teams. 

This blog will consist of an overview of agile processes, an explanation of the scrum framework. The advantages and disadvantages of the adoption of scrum. It will clearly identify what sort of project will benefit and projects that will not benefit. it will also have an explanation of two aspects of agile methodologies.
